5.1. Delivery Times
Before ordering, please always thoroughly check the sizing, or contact us if you are unsure. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and possibly specifying your measurements. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product.
3.2. Acceptance of Order
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email confirming that the product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). A contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
3.3. Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a refund or an alternative product if available.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes for most international destinations.
Shipping is free.

5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. Delivery Times
All products are handmade to order. Production time for all items takes 5-10 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
5.2. Shipping & Costs
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all our products. There are no additional shipping costs for any orders. Delivery time usually takes 2-3 working days. In certain cases, it can take longer depending on the specific location (e.g. volcanic islands, or tropical jungles, haunted castles).

6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1. Right of Withdrawal
Items are customized and handmade for each specific order. Therefore, we do not offer a right of withdrawal once an order has been placed and confirmed.
6.2. Exchange
It is possible to exchange items within 14 days. If you wish to exchange an item, all tags and seals must be intact, the properties of the clothing must not be affected, and the purchased lingerie must be tried on top of your own underwear.
6.3. Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Discounted items
• Pasties, panties, stockings, and gloves (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom orders like 'Singular' series items

7.1. Warranty
We warrant that the products will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
7.2. Liability
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
