All products are custom-made per order. Production time for all items takes 5-10 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Express delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. In certain cases, it can take longer depending on the specific location (volcanic islands, tropical jungles, the depth of a dungeon, etc.).

Order Tracking

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

Custom Duties & Taxes

VAT is included in all prices. Please note that we have no control over any extra taxes or charges certain countries request and therefore can’t predict the amount. In this case, it is your responsibility to settle any additional duties and/or taxes. 

If you need further information before placing your order, please contact your local customs office or taxation authority. If you refuse to pay taxes, your order will be delivered back to us, and the order will be canceled with no refunds.

Forgot to pick up a parcel in time?

If you don’t pick up your parcel in time and it is sent back to us:

• You will need to pay for the second shipping.

• If you fail to arrange for the second shipping within 2 weeks of the parcel being returned to us, the order will be canceled with no refunds.
