Items are customized and handmade for each specific order. Therefore, they cannot be returned or cancelled once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exchange

It is possible to exchange items within 14 days. If you wish to exchange an item, all tags and seals must be intact,, and there must be no signs of wear or damage on the items. The properties of the clothing must not be affected, and the purchased lingerie must be tried on top of your own underwear.

Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Discounted items

• Pasties, bras, panties and other intimates (hygiene demands it)

• Custom orders like 'Singular' series items
